Activity history for GMC registration
Your GMC activity history is a continuous, dated log of what you've been doing (clinical, non-clinical, education, career break) for the last five years. Every month must be accounted for; gaps of more than 28 days need a short explanation and any relevant supporting evidence.

Steps
1. Draft the log
List each role or activity with start and end dates and location.
2. Explain the gaps
Add a short line for each gap over 28 days — parental leave, study, unemployment, etc.
3. Attach evidence where needed
Employment letters or study certificates that support the gap explanation.
