Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 July 2026

UK IMG Navigator is operated by Davis Musiimenta Musinguzi ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Who you are contracting with

The service is provided by Davis Musiimenta Musinguzi, trading as UK IMG Navigator. You are contracting with Davis Musiimenta Musinguzi. You can reach us at support@viqtor.co.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By continuing to use UK IMG Navigator you accept these terms. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter a contract and, where you use the service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. What the service is

UK IMG Navigator is an independent planning tool for international medical graduates working toward UK GMC registration. It provides checklists, timelines, calculators and summarised procedural information with links to primary sources. It is not legal, immigration, medical or career advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the GMC, NHS, UK Government or any exam board. Official requirements can change without notice; always confirm against the primary source before acting.

4. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service unlawfully or for any fraudulent purpose;
  • send spam, or impersonate any person or organisation;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, penetration testing without permission, scraping, or circumventing rate limits or technical restrictions;
  • reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its content.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. All rights in the service — software, content, documentation and branding — remain owned by Davis Musiimenta Musinguzi or our licensors. Content you enter remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (such as registration, exam success or employment) will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled. See our refund policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless we terminate for cause, after which your data may be exported on request for 30 days and is then deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you submit, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes, assignment and force majeure

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the service. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
